Things Worth Commenting

This week, we had our session on Commentary Writing at the Reporting America Seminar. After talking about how to write them, we dove right in. The topics were as diverse as Gay Marriage in Iowa, the war in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and gay people in the military.

Check out the results – but keep in mind, some of the commentaries were written “for the enemy”, that means, trying to argue for a position opposite yours. Can you spot which ones?
